There have been a lot of talk around Pakistani cricketers losing their fitness level. Many of our cricketers did not look fit during the World Cup and Azam Khan was specifically targeted online. Wasim Akram has now shared his thoughts on the dismal fitness situation.
Wasim said that he was aware that cricketers were not focusing on fitness way before people noticed it in the World Cup. He did not want to say anything and the world later saw what happened on the field. Here is what he had to say:
He also spoke about how he thought that there will be so much knowledge after the advent of social media and people will be super positive towards one another but that is not what happened. People have become really negative and there is a lot of hate and trolling that goes on the internet which is quite opposite to what he thought social media would bring.
