In an interview with Aamna Haider Isani, Hiba talked about compromise in marriages. She said that the kind of compromise being propagated in society is different but understanding should be there. She said that she keeps a balance between her work and personal life. She also revealed that her parents told her to take care of her new home but to come back if something is bothering her and they will support her in all circumstances.

Hiba also revealed that she prefers to live in a joint family. She said that Islam allows women to have separate homes and that is great but if the family is supportive and you develop a good relationship then there is nothing wrong in living in a joint family either.
