Her sister Alishba Anjum is also a social media star and they are both seen on events and endorsing products in addition to making their own content. Jannat also made her film debut with a Syed Noor film and she has turned down drama offers lke Parizaad and Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay.
Jannat Mirza was a guest on Shaan e Suhoor with her family and she spoke about not signing any dramas. She revealed that she has some issues with dramas. She would love to sign a drama but she is actually scared of PIA and the airline accidents that she has witnessed over the years. She does not want to travel to Karachi on a plane as she is scared of domestic flights and all the dramas are shot there.
She also revealed that it is generally a big time commitment to sign on a drama and that is why she does not want to do dramas. She loves to stay in Faisalabad where her family is based and cannot commute too much to Karachi. She was even scared on the flight to Karachi which she took to attend Shan e Suhoor.
