Dr. Nabiha Ali Khan is currently making headlines across all media platforms following her viral Nikah ceremony held at Maulana Tariq Jamil’s residence. She has also been giving multiple interviews to various news channels.
In her recent podcast appearance with her husband on Naeem Saqib’s show, Dr. Nabiha opened up about an interesting moment from the event regarding Maulana Tariq Jamil who got angry just before their Nikah.
Responding to a question about whether anything memorable or unforgettable happened at their Nikah, Dr. Nabiha said, “I arranged the beautiful wedding decorations at Maulana Sahab’s house, where the Nikah ceremony took place. I wanted everything to look beautiful so I prepared a decorative Nikah curtain made of flowers, inspired by trending Nikah setups. I was excited about that floral curtains which meant to separate the groom’s and bride’s seating areas. However, as soon as the guests and media arrived, things became chaotic. So many people came into the drawing room and it became overcrowded. Around a hundred people gathered in a space that could only accommodate about forty comfortably. Maulana Sahab looked around and said, ‘Take this out!’ referring to the floral curtain.” Dr. Nabiha admitted that her expression at that moment was worth seeing, as she had put her heart into decorating the space.” The couple thanked Maulana Tariq Jamil for solemnizing their Nikah which was the biggest gift.
