Zainab Raja said that Esra Ayesha is not a cricketer at all. Therefore there is no information of her playing at any level. She was a model who does hail from Peshawar but lives in Lahore. She lied about cricket so she could get votes from Pashtun belt as Pathan people will look at cricket more favorably than modelling. Zainab also alleged that Esra has been a model discovered by Khawar Riaz and she was spotted at PSL as she was an usher there to be photographed for glamour.
