Saheefa made her acting debut with drama serial Teri Meri Kahani opposite to Azfar Rehman, after that she appeared in Beti, Bhool and an episode of Chooti Chooti Batain.
Before stepping in the filed of acting Saheefa Jabbar got married to Khawaja Khizer Hayat. According to Saheefa she met Khizer in her university days. Saheefa and Khizer tied the knot in a rather simpler wedding with a star studded reception.
