Pakistani arts and entertainment has suffered some huge losses this year. Many of our veteran artists left this mortal world and have left a void that is never easy to be filled. Today another artist who has always proven his mettle, however small or big the role was, Akbar Khan passed away. He was also a multi-faceted artist and did not just work in one field. People always appreciated his work and he lived in the world of art, craft and entertainment.
Akbar Khan was a painter and had a deep love for sculpting, He has created sculptures and believed that the art of sculpting should get more recognition in the country. He has worked in some very big projects including Parizaad, Ishq Zah e Naseeb, Dil Ruba and also appeared as a guest in Bulbulay.
He passed away in Karachi today thus leaving a big void in the industry. His contribution to the fields of art and acting will be remembered. Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Illahi Rajioon!
