Ali Raza and Hina Afridi are two competent Pakistani actors who are relatively new to the media industry. Both are now appearing in the upcoming ARY Digital drama Mirza Ki Heer, produced by iDream Entertainment. It is an intense romantic love story that also stars Zahid Ahmed in a lead role. The drama has recently replaced the hit ARY Digital series Shar Pasand, which was also produced by iDream Entertainment.

Recently, Ali Raza and Hina Afridi appeared on Maliha Rehman’s YouTube show, where they opened up about filming romantic scenes for Mirza Ki Heer.

Talking about it, Ali Raza said, “We used to laugh while performing romantic scenes. Whenever any scene like this came, we would look at our director like fools, but eventually we did it because it was our work and we had to take it seriously, so we ended up shooting the romantic scenes well. Also, we are friends—she is like family to me—and it helped us improve our craft. We were comfortable with each other, and we also discussed things with the director, who was okay with whatever we improvised.”
Hina Afridi further added that Aehsun Talish doesn’t say “cut” most of the time, and they often found themselves just looking into each other’s eyes even when the scene was over. Here is the link to the video:
