Alizeh Shah is currently quite active on social media, where she has been continuously exposing senior Pakistani producers, directors, and actors—particularly Yasir Nawaz, who had previously called her out, alleging that she displayed discourteous and rude behaviour.
Recently, Alizeh Shah once again made serious allegations against Yasir Nawaz and other senior artists without naming them.
Taking to her Instagram account, Alizeh Shah wrote, “Is industry mein kuch aisay zaleel log bhi exist karte hain jinko bas scene ke dauran bila-wajah haath lagana hota hai — kabhi kamar par, kabhi baazu par, kabhi gardan par — bhalay script mein na likha ho. Aur jab baap jitni umar ke logon ko sirf itna keh do ke at least meri consent le liya karein mujhe kahin bhi touch karne se pehle, toh yeh set chhor kar bhaag jaate hain. Aur jab koi burayi nahi milti, toh keh dete hain ‘badtameez hai.’ Main laakh buri sahi, lekin shukar hai kabhi jhoot nahi bola. Allah sab jaanta hai aur woh abhi bhi dekh raha hai. Please, in uncles ko koi bachiyon ki izzat karna sikhaye, jinki khud ki betiyan mujh se umr mein kaafi bari hain.
There are some disgusting people in this industry who just want to touch unnecessarily during scenes—sometimes on the waist, sometimes on the arms, sometimes on the neck—even when it’s not written in the script. And when you simply tell men who are as old as your father to at least ask for your consent before touching you anywhere during a scene, they walk off the set and run away. When they find nothing wrong, they label you as ‘ill-mannered.’ I may be flawed in many ways, but thankfully I have never lied. Allah knows everything, and He is still watching.
