Aftab Iqbal is a big name in the Pakistani news industry. He came up with the Pakistani SNL in the form of Hasb e Haal. The show was a big hit but he had a falling out with the team and went on to host other shows like Khabarnaak and Khabardaar. He brought many theatre artists on television and they all made feasible careers. He has been in a lot of controversies over the years and a new one is coming out now.
Anchor Eshal Adnan has now made some serious claims against Aftab Iqbal. She revealed that she was working for Express News when Aftab was also hosting his show on the channel. She got promoted as the other female co-host for Aftab’s show left. She was happy about this but then Aftab Iqbal started harassing and threatening her. He was asking her to do special favours. This was shocking for her and she clearly denied his “requests”. After her denial, Aftab Iqbal said that he will never let her appear on the television screen. Eshal added that Nasir Chiniyoti and Ruby Anam are actors who are witnesses to this situation. She was also dropped from the show.

Previously, news broke out that Aftab Iqbal’s co-host Mariyam Ali Hussain got married to him. The couple also has two children. They later got divorced and Aftab Iqbal still supports his two sons from that marriage.
Aftab Iqbal has not released any statement on the claims yet!
