Mamya Shajaffar is a popular Pakistani actress known for dramas like Meesni, Jaan Se Pyara Juni, and Jhok Sarkar. She recently made headlines after her confusing statement regarding an actor named Arsalan Khan, who allegedly tried to flirt with her, assuming that because she is bold, she is very approachable. After the media buzz, she clarified that it was not Arsalan Khan but another actor, Arsalan Butt, who tried to approach her “like every other thirsty man in Pakistan.

Now, Arsalan Butt, who is currently appearing in Hum TV’s Hadd, has taken strong action against Mamya Shajaffar for allegedly defaming his reputation. In his post, Arsalan Butt shared a legal notice along with a Quranic verse that translates to, “Allah’s curse upon those who speak lies.” He further commented, “A legal notice has been sent regarding false and defamatory remarks. I need a public apology within the given time period, or else be ready for a defamation case, criminal proceedings, and much more. I am neither vulgar nor an attention/fame seeker. There will be severe consequences.” Read his post and comment below.

Arsalan Butt’s friends and fans are supporting him and appreciating his decision to take legal action against Mamya. Many are saying that such podcasts and interviews, which are intended to defame other actors, should come to an end. Read the comments here:
