Pakistan Idol is a Pakistani musical reality show based on the format of American Idol, the world’s most popular music reality show. Previously, Season 1 of Pakistan Idol aired around 11 years ago. The show is being aired on multiple channels simultaneously including Green Entertainment, Geo TV, PTV Home and others. Fawad Khan, Zeb Bangash, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, and Bilal Maqsood are judging the show.

So far, around 35 episodes of Pakistan Idol have been aired, and the competition has already entered the finale phase. The makers have been inviting legendary singers, and this week, Pakistan Idol featured two remarkable singers, Humaira Bashir and Raja Bashir from Bangladesh, who are the children of legendary singer Bashir Ahmed. They performed two songs, one in Bengali and the other in Urdu. Legendary singer Alamgir was also the guest judge at the show. Watch here:
