Hira Tayyab is a new addition to the Pakistani drama industry who recently garnered fame through her important role in ARY Digital’s hit drama series, Bas Tera Saath Ho. In the show, she played the character of Faham Qureshi’s mother. Her beautiful personality and polite aura earned significant praise, and many even compared her to Hania Aamir, saying she could play her mother effortlessly because of their uncanny resemblance.

Hira Tayyab recently appeared on Good Morning Pakistan, hosted by Nida Yasir. On the show, she opened up about joining the showbiz industry at a later age.

Talking about it, Hira Tayyab said, “It’s been two or three years since I started coming on screen. I have been part of the media field for ten years, but I was doing work off-screen. Now, I have gotten a chance to work on screen. I used to run a PR agency where I collaborated with all celebrities. Then I got offers, which I accepted. In school, I did theatre and never missed a chance to perform in theatre at school. I used to be the main lead. Now, when I came into the media, my friends said, ‘You have always been a star.’ I joined the media late because everyone has their own timeline. There is no race with anyone. Some people are busy with other jobs in life. I suppressed my passion because of marriage and kids. Now, the kids have grown up, and I have joined and I am up for acting. My children always complain to me about time. I don’t want to be a nosy mom at home who is always ranting at home. I have three sons.” Watch here:
