Everyone wants to be fit especially girls. The girls always want to remain in a good shape. A perfect example of reducing weight is actress Uroosa Siddiqui who marvelously reduced her weight and now looks amazingly adorable.
Recently, Uroosa spotted in Komal Rizvi’s show “Lifestyle with Komal” where a very talented and extremely fit & healthy dietitian shared her go to fitness secrets with people, which she has adopted in her life. Both Komal and Uroosa were agreeing to the secrets to a healthy & fit life.
Talking about the secrets, the dietician said, “I have my five rules/ secrets to lead a fit & healthy life, my Rule no 1 is to do a 35 minutes walk daily, it should be a must, my rule no two is that the sleep patterns of a person should be accurate and good, you need to have a sound 8 to 9 hours sleep. The Rule no three is; you should drink 8 to 10 glass of waters, rule no 4 is; you should cut down refined sugar from your life and the rule no 5 is to cut down refined oil, eat every thing but that should not be fried, eat steamed food”.
