Fahima Awan recently appeared on the podcast NJ Spotlight, hosted by Ali Salman. During the podcast, she became emotional while recalling the unsaid words she had for her husband. She also revealed why she left modelling at the peak of her career.
Talking about her husband’s sudden death, she said, “I think there were many things left unsaid. I think I could not thank him enough. I should have thanked him.”
Sharing details of her marriage, Fahima Awan said, “I met this model who said she wanted to make me her Bhabhi, and initially, we were just praising each other. I said to her, ‘How pretty you are,’ and she was like, ‘You are so adorable.’ We got along well. She was searching for a proposal for her brother, who was an army officer. I thought, ‘I can marry an army officer, why not?’ So, I got married. She came to my house and took me to dinner. I was also going somewhere else to meet my cousin, but my sister-in-law didn’t let me go with my family and took me to her dinner, where many people saw me. Then the proposal came, and we got married. I got Nikahfied within a week. I left the industry, and we then explored Pakistan. In 2016, I joined back because of financial issues.” Watch here:
