Farooq Rind is a prominent Pakistani television director who is known for his amazing direction which makes dramas hit. He has directed iconic TV shows like Ishq Murshid, Pyar Ke Sadqay, Ishq Zahe Naseeb, Baaghi, Besharam and Sanjha. He recently directed Humraaz, which got criticism on its poor script writing, however, fans loved his direction. Nowadays, Farooq Rind is directing Green Entertainment’s upcoming drama serial with Ahad Raza Mir and Maya Ali.
Today, Farooq Rind appeared in Nadia Khan’s morning show Rise and Shine where he talked about the reason behind hit scripts. He also opened up about Ishq Murshid’s success.
Farooq Rind said, “My actors or the artists working in my dramas, give me energy and they take energy from me as well as it should be reciprocal, that’s how we can create masterpieces. I often ask my actors to do scenes differently, they take a pause and think before redoing it but mostly end up following my command which somehow give me happiness that my artists trust me.”
He further added that the dramas he did by force got more public attention and became hit than the dramas he did with proper planning and interest:
Talking about Ishq Murshid’s phenomenal success, he said, “I think the producer, Momal Bhabhi deserves praise for its success. Besides this, Bilal Abbas is the biggest reason behind the success of Ishq Murshid because he worked with me in Pyar Ke Sadqay, so, he knew me very well. For example: if I’m not satisfied with a scene which has been shot, I would ask him to do it again and he instantly says yes to it, if he will not accept my suggestion or refuse, I won’t give any suggestions next time which will eventually affect our work. Moreover, if producer will stop you from doing things, you will be bound but if they will give you a free hand, the outcome would be like Ishq Murshid. The whole team including Durefishan, Bilal, Salma Hassan, Noor Ul Hassan, the actor played iconic ‘Bhalley’ worked really hard” Here is the link to the video:
