The interviewer asked her, is there anything that needs to be changed in the Pakistani industry? To which Faryal replied that there are so many things that need to be changed. The first thing that we need to do is avoid nepotism. People should get work on the basis of their talent. Merit should be set to encourage capable people to come forward. This will benefit both the industry and the new generation.
