Fawad Khan is a renowned Pakistani actor celebrated for his memorable roles in hit television dramas such as Humsafar, Zindagi Gulzar Hai, Shak, Akbari Asghari, Dastaan, and Kuch Pyar Ka Pagalpan Bhi Tha. He initially rose to fame as the lead vocalist of the rock band Entity Paradigm (EP). After achieving immense stardom in the Pakistani drama industry, Fawad Khan stepped away from television and focused on his Bollywood career.
Most recently, Fawad Khan once again ventured into Bollywood after many years. However, his cross-border work became controversial when political tensions escalated between India and Pakistan after India’s false flag operations. During this period, Pakistani fans expected Fawad Khan to speak out against India’s aggressive stance, but he chose to remain silent.
Last night, Fawad posted a diplomatic stance on Indian’s violent attack on Pakistan’s five major locations. In his post, Fawad Khan wrote, “My deepest condolences to the families of those injured and killed in this shameful attack. I pray for the souls of the deceased and strength for their loved ones in the days to cone. A respectful request to all: stop stoking the flames with rabble-rousing words. It is not worth the lives of innocent people. May better sense prevail. Insha AIlah. Pakistan Zindabad!”
Social media users are strongly condemning actor for his diplomatic statement in which he didn’t even dare to mention India’s ugly part in the war. A fan wrote, “Where is condemnation. He didn’t even take India’s name for once”. Another fan wrote,c”We don’t need Fawad Khan anymore”. Another fan stated, “Bro is still trying to play his card to be relevant in Bollywood”. Another wrote, “Take the name of your beloved and dearest India in your post. Why aren’t you stating facts”. A fan wrote, “w?We don’t need your post now, get lost”. People called him a diplomatic man with zero nationalism and Patriotism for Pakistan. Not only this fans bashed Sajal Aly, Durefishan, Hania Aamir, Ayeza Khan and others for their silence or diplomatic stance. Read the comments and X posts here:
