Fazila Qazi is a popular Pakistani TV actress and former host who has been part of the entertainment industry for nearly three decades. She has worked in numerous hit TV plays, including popular serials such as Rozi, Dasht, Kashish, Muqaddas, Khatoon Manzil, Nazr-e-Bad, Tere Bin, and Sirf Tum. Recently, fans praised her performance in ARY Digital’s drama serial Tark-e-Wafa. Fazila is married to senior Pakistani actor Qaisar Khan Nizamani, and they are parents to two talented and well-mannered sons, Ahmed and Zorain.

Recently, Fazila Qazi was a guest on Good Morning Pakistan along with Sana Askari and Srha Asghar. On the show, she shared an immunity-boosting tip for toddlers.

While speaking about it, Fazila Qazi said, “My children’s immune systems were strong because Qaisar had trained them in a way that made them stronger. My mother, on the other hand, was a bit conscious—she used to worry about allergies and illnesses. But Qaisar said that it is good for children to play on the ground or in the dust; it helps build immunity. He especially used to take them out, and they even used to eat soil. Qaisar was of the view that parents should let kids play, fall, and get minor injuries because it makes them stronger and helps them learn as well. My kids played outside; even Ahmed had broken his teeth.” Watch here:
