Feroze Khan and Aliza Sultan got divorced recently after which allegations of domestic abuse on Feroze Khan came out. The ex-couple is parents to two children, a son Sultan Khan and a daughter Fatima Khan. The case for children’s custody and expenses has been going on in the court and it has been a public spectacle.
Recently, Feroze Khan’s lawyer had offered an out of court settlement to Aliza Sultan. He shared that his client had offered 15 lakh rupees a year for both the kids including their general expenses, education and health. But Aliza Sultan has refused the offer and Feroze’s lawyer called her egoistic. He said that his client want to settle this for the sake of his children but Aliza’s ego will drag this to courts even more.

Aliza’s lawyer on the other hand said that Feroze is not serious about settling this out of court. He also shared that he is not paying them medical expenses and has said that if the children got any treatments, Aliza can later submit receipts in court and he will pay for them.
