​Emaan Fatima and Rajab Butt’s divorce is one of the most high-profile breakups in the digital media industry. The couple got married on December 2024, and separated in 2025 after one year of marriage. During their time together, Emaan Fatima gave birth to a baby boy, Kivan Rajab Butt. Despite the birth of their child, they were unable to reconcile, and Rajab repeatedly stated that he did not want to patch up with his ex-wife despite her continuous efforts. According to Rajab Butt, they have now finalized their divorce.

The legal proceedings between the two are still ongoing. Amid these pending cases and petitions, Emaan Fatima filed a new petition in the Lahore Court seeking monthly maintenance from Rajab Butt, as well as the return of her dowry articles.

The ex wife of YouTuber Rajab Butt has approached the court demanding the return of her dowry and child expenses. The Guardian court issued a notice to Rajab Butt, summoning a reply by October 23. According to the petitioner (Emaan), her parents provided dowry worth Rs. 8,792,500 at the time of the wedding, which has not yet been returned by Rajab Butt’s family. The petition also states that Rajab Butt has not provided any financial maintenance for their son, Kivan, and requests a monthly allowance of Rs. 500,000 from November 2025 until he attains adulthood, alongside Rs. 200,000 for her own personal expenses. The petition highlights that Rajab Butt is a well-known social media activist with earnings in the millions, and mentions that the divorce/talaq notice has also been sent.
