Retired Navy officer Amir Andwal, his son, two daughters, a grandson and a granddaughter all passed away in a boating accident.
The boat capsized in Saifullah Lake in Kalam killing 6 family members and one of the daughters is still missing. Now, Amir’s brother has spoken to the media and he suspects it is murder and not just a freak accident.
The relative said that Amir Andwal’s family was struck in a big property dispute. They had life threats from his nephew named Hasnaat. He alleged that he suspects the missing boat operator was probably bribed by the enemies of the family to kill them.

It was completed in a single take, and because there were no retakes, we did not get the opportunity to notice that the book was an Islamic studies textbook. Had we realized it, we would have corrected the mistake immediately. I sincerely apologize for this unintentional mistake. On June 30, 2026, the roof of a tuition centre in the Basti Eid Gah locality of Kahna Nau collapsed. The tragic incident claimed the lives of 14 schoolchildren and injured several others. The children, mostly between the ages of 7 and 13, were trapped under the heavy debris along with their teacher. The roof reportedly collapsed due to poor construction. The tragedy devastated multiple families who lost their beloved children. Even more heartbreaking is the fact that all of the children belonged to underprivileged families whose parents could not afford to send them to a better and safer educational facility.
