Zoya Nasir is an actress and model who started her career after already being an established makeup artist. She is also the daughter of veteran film writer Nasir Adeeb. Her father is known for films like Maula Jatt but she had to make her own space in the industry. She became a part of dramas like Dobara, Mere Humsafar and Noor Jahan.
Zoya Nasir started out in dramas with a lead role and transitioned into more character parts later on. She is appearing in both positive and negative characters now. She also had to navigate the industry herself despite being the daughter of a big writer. She was a guest on Rup Magon’s show and she has some advice for actors who want to join the industry.
Zoya Nasir said that if this is your passion, do give it a try. You may succeed or fail, that is a different thing. But make sure that you have another stream of income before starting in acting or you will be completely dependent on it and you will be picking up all sorts of roles to perform.
Mishi Khan is jumping in on Maria B vs Turkan Atay controversy. For those who are not familiar, Turkish influencer Turkan Atay collaborated with Maria B a few months back. She was trying to receive her payment since then but it was not happening. This led to Turkan making a video against Maria B and the designer also retaliated. Both are going to court now after indulging in a war of words.
Mishi Khan is a close friend of Maria B. She is also a very vocal celebrity and she took to Instagram to support Maria. She said that Turkan wears Hijab and since she used such a rude tone, she is wrong. She also added that she was going to get money any way and called her payment “Chaar Paisay”.
Turkan Atay on the other hand said that she has always represented Pakistan in a beautiful manner. She just spoke the truth and she is now being pressured through social media to become silent. She, however, will say her side and not back down:
Mishi Khan is now receiving a lot of criticism for defending Maria B. People think she should have sat this one out. One commenter said, ” We love you Mishi but a payment is a payment and Maria B should have paid Turkan on time.” Another said, “It might be chaar paisay for you but it could mean more to the other person.” One netizen shared, “You are biased as Maria B is your friend but she should have kept her end of the commitment and anyone will be rude after 3 months of not getting paid.” Here is what she said:
Mishi Khan, however, thinks that the communities she criticizes are coming for her and criticizing her for defending Maria B:
Hamza Ali Abbasi is an actor who is also known for his journey towards religion. He has faced a lot of scrutiny over the years but he believes in his thoughts and he has also written a book about his journey. He was a guest on FHM podcast and spoke about religion and spirituality.
Hamza Ali Abbasi also spoke about the ages-long fight between religious scholars in this country and the common man. There have been too many incidents when someone said something and it was either taken out of context or the person was not knowledgeable enough and a fight broke out. A similar case recently happened to Rajab Butt who had to flee the country. Hamza presented a solution for this.
He said that people should be careful when they are giving any statements and should not say anything unnecessary but the religious side needs to calm down as well. They should be more lenient and forgiving. The actor added that especially if someone decides to accept his mistake and apologizes, then they should let the matter go. This is what he said:
Hamza Ali Abbasi also spoke about how he is navigating his career and if he faces any contradictions. He shared that he believes in the school of thought that acting is permitted within certain moral boundaries. He tries to make sure that any script he selects now should have those boundaries. The clothing should be modest, there is no immorality and wrongdoings are not glorified. If a script fulfils this, he signs up for it. He does not force it on anyone else but this is his criteria now.

Pakistani drama is one medium that has taken over the country’s entertainment scene. We excel in this genre, and now the shows are finding an international audience. The stories, therefore, have started improving slightly, and more layers are being added to the characters, which had unfortunately become very one-dimensional in the recent past. Some negative characters are getting nuances that are making them lovable. This creates a lot of debate amongst viewers, but some drama bad boys have been winning hearts.
There have been scripts lately where the bad guys, despite having hundreds of vices, were able to win the audience far more than the heroes. The top-notch performances by the actors in these roles and the writing, which provided the necessary ammunition to these bad guys, made them into fan favourites.
Here is a list of Pakistani dramas’ bad boys who won the audience more than the heroes of the show:
Ammar Bakhtiyar From Qarz e Jaan
Qarz e Jaan was a Pakistani drama with a unique story and spoke about problems regarding parenting, elite crimes, and problems faced by widows and orphans in our society. Ammar Bakhtiyar, played by Nameer Kha,n was the biggest driver in this story. Ammar is a rapist and a murderer, a character who is a representation of Zahir Jaffar and Shahrukh Jatois of our society. But the way Nameer Khan played the character and how his character arc was written gave him a human angle. In the end, however much may we criticize the glorification, Ammar Bakhtiyar was far more loved by the audience than Barrister Burhan.
Barlas Khan From Khaie
Khaie was a game changer for Pakistani drama industry. A show based on revenge and all the characters with grey shades was a treat for the audience. Barlas Khan played by Shuja Asad was one character in the show that remained a topic of discussion throughout. The drama proved to become a breakout project for the actor Shuja Asad. Barlas Khan is another Pakistani drama bad boy who got more praises than positive characters. Fans were crying for him when he dies despite him being a murderer.
Shehroz Ali Nawaz In Aye Ishq e Junoon
Aye Ishq e Junoon was Pakistani drama’s foray into romance-thrillers. The show had Sheheryar Munawar in the lead and he did a fabulous job as Rahim. Fans loved him but the show stealer in the end was Shuja Asad as Shehroz Ali Nawaz. He was a bad boy, a spoiled brat who was protected by his mother. The way he performed scenes with actors like Mehmood Aslam was phenomenal and Aye Ishq e Junoon fans felt bad for Shehroz when he was shot. This is another case of the bad guy winning over the audience and invoking sympathy in their hearts.
Wajeeh Taseer In Cheekh
Cheekh was a Pakistani drama that ended up becoming a drag in the end. But it is also known for very strong performances. Bilal Abbas Khan played a harasser and murderer in the drama. Wajeeh Taseer was a menace through and through, but he became Pakistan’s most loved bad boy. The character had a bad ending and people were crying for him. This is one more example of how a great performance led to people loving a very negative character.
Mir Hadi From Khaani
Feroze Khan is now known as one of the biggest names in the Pakistani drama industry. Khaani was the project that made him into a star that he is today. The angry young man and rebel image started from this show. Khaani was loosely based on the infamous Shahzeb murder case while Mir Hadi played by Feroze Khan represented the character of Shah Rukh Jatoi. Viewers had a lot of qulams about how a bad guy was glorified in this drama but Mir Hadi undoubtedly became a much-loved bad boy.
Miral In Jhok Sarkar
Usman Javed is a relatively new actor who played the role of menacing Miral in Jhok Sarkar. He recently won hearts with another strong performance in Tan Man Neelo Neel. Jhok Sarkar was the comeback drama for Asif Raza Mir who played Peeral while Farhan saeed was the protagonist. Farhan looked the part and performed well but Usman Javed as Miral won hearts. The way he walked, laughed and lived that character was a treat for viewers. He was a killer but fans could not stop praising his character. He ended up overshadowing industry giants like Asif Raza Mir and Farhan Saeed.
Shamsher In Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi
Danish Taimoor played Shamsher in Kaisi Ter Khudgarzi. Shamsher was not a nice and positive character. He kidnapped a woman and did everything in his power to destroy her family. The show ended with his death but it came after glorifying his character as much as the script allowed. The drama started a conversation around Stockholm Syndrome as the leading lady ends up not just falling in love with Shamsher but also keeps remembering him after his death. This bad boy got criticism on one end for a problematic storyline but on the other hand, he ruled the hearts of millions.
Sherry From Jaisay Aapki Marzi
Mikaal Zulfiqar played the infamous Sherry in Jaisay Aapki Marz. This drama revolved around gaslighting and emotional abuse in a marriage. The drama successfully tackled both the topics and Durefishan Saleem showed her prowess as an actress. Mikaal Zulfiqar, though, was the real winner of this drama. He performed the character so naturally that the audience could not stop appreciating him. This Pakistani drama was a step in the right direction and Mikaal Zulfiqar won hearts as Sherry.
Tabrez In Jaan e Jahan
Haris Waheed simply nailed it as Tabrez Shah. The actor played an antagonist in a Pakistani drama which marked the comeback of Hamza Ali Abbasi on television and opposite none other than Ayeza Khan. A sweet love story, a morally right hero and yet the audience fell in love with Tabrez. The antagonist dies in the end but the audience still loved him more than any other character in the show.
Saleem Ahmed In Razia
Razia was a Pakistani drama that was not only entertaining but also hard-hitting and necessary. Mohib Mirza played the role of the misogynistic father, Saleem Ahmed, who disregards his daughter’s rights and focuses solely on his son. Despite the character’s negativity, viewers never found him boring; in fact, many wanted to see more of his scenes due to his compelling presence on screen. As a real-life female ally, Mohib Mirza portrayed this character, so different from his true personality, with remarkable skill.
These are the charming villains of Pakistani dramas who have captured audiences’ hearts. While there is a valid debate about whether these characters should be admired and how they are portrayed, it is important to recognize that people are inherently drawn to action. In many cases, the bad guy tends to overshadow the heroic character when it comes to thrilling moments!

In her morning show, Nadia Khan questioned the patriotism and loyalty of prominent Pakistani actors like Hania Aamir, Fawad Khan, Danish Taimoor, Mawra Hocane, and others who immediately posted statuses about the Pahalgam incident without knowing the truth behind it.
Talking about it, Nadia Khan said, “It is India’s deliberate move so that the films of artists don’t get release and the cricket events get cancel. I need an answer from all Pakistani celebrities, including Fawad Khan, Hania Aamir, Danish Taimoor, and others — why don’t you feel saddened when India stages such incidents and blames Pakistan for them? I believe Fawad Khan shared the first status, and after that, everyone started saying something about the Pahalgam incident. You are answerable — why didn’t you question India for staging Pahalgam incident to shift blame on Pakistan?”
She further added, “Their celebrities can’t even speak. Have you forgotten Om Puri, who came to Pakistan, praised Pakistan awent back, and was murdered? Can their celebrities even talk about Pakistan?” She also praised Mishi Khan for speaking up against Pakistani celebrities.”
She also said that fans of Hania Aamir and Fawad Khan are hurt because they haven’t said anything to condemn their false claims against Pakistan:
Sajal Malik is a renowned Pakistani Tiktoker and host who boasts a decent fan following on social media. She has 515 k followers on Tiktok and around 500 k followers on Instagram. Talking about it, she said, “Yes, Imran Ashraf is our relative. In fact, he is my mother’s cousin, and of course, he knows my mother, but we don’t meet. He only attends important family events like weddings, etc., but I haven’t met him yet—not even at any show. We feel proud that he’s our relative. I once approached him because I wanted to join showbiz. I sent direct message to him on Instagram, telling him I wanted to enter the field, but then I realized that it’s not right thing to seek help from relatives. At that time I wanted to become an actor, but anchoring happened accidentally”.
She further added, “Initially, I told Imran Ashraf on Instagram that I am his cousin’s daughter and shared a photo of my mother with him. He said he would try to refer me somewhere, but unfortunately, I lost access to my Instagram account and lost my chat thread with him. I also messaged multiple other agencies for work” Here is the link to the video:
Sohail Ahmed is a veteran actor of Pakistan and he has worked on television, theatre and films. He is loved by millions for his longest running character Azizi in Hasb e Haal. He has been working in the industry for four decades and he has seen many ups and downs in the country as a whole. He was a guest on Irshad Bhatti’s podcast and spoke about the cultural deterioration in the country.
Sohail Ahmed said that the biggest problem that this country is facing is how we left our culture. Elections and politics are not our issue. We were a nation with a distinct culture and values. We respected the elders and our hospitality was known by everyone. Yet, we left that all behind and started getting influenced by others.
He added that people today have left their forefathers culture and they are influenced by foreigners. Today people are influenced by how a white person would randomly smile at people while we as a nation used to be far more hospitable than that. Thus we have really forgotten our own culture which is the root cause of the problems that we are facing today.
Pakistani celebrities are also observing the growing jingoism from the Indian side. What went down that a terrorist attack took place in the Pahalgam area of IIOJK resulting in a loss of 26 lives. The Indian side as always did not go for investigation or actually holding the perpetrators responsible. They were seen blaming Pakistan without any evidence. Artists were banned, Indus Water Treaty suspended, ambassadors were called back and the Wagah-Attari border was sealed.
Indian media is once again propagating jingoism and people on social media are also threatening Pakistan with a war. Pakistanis are as usual choosing memes as their weapons. Many Indian celebrities are also supporting extremist views and Pakistani celebrities are also now coming out and sharing what they think.
Shamoon Abbasi and Yasir Nawaz are stars who took to Instagram and called out Indian jingoism. Farhan Saeed and Umair Jaswal called Indian propaganda cringe.
Shamoon Abbasi said that he condoles for the lost lives but what is wrong is how the Indian media is doing so much fake propaganda without proper research. He took his time and understood the whole situation before commenting while the Indian media is simply propagating jingosim. Yasir Nawaz also shared a video and said “What do Indians think? Are we wearing bangles?” If you are a nuclear power then we are also a nuclear power. And political differences aside, we all stand for our country.

She added that she does not want to make tall claims but she was offered to be a part of Big Boss once and she just did not feel it was the right thing for her to do.
Sabahat Bukhari had a very realistic attitude towars working in India. She said that yes she has also received offers and when she is aware of reality then what is the use of going to work there and come back after getting insulted like what has happened to other Pakistani artists. Thus she never considered those offers seriously.
Madiha Imam is a VJ turned actress. She is very talented and her innocence and her prowess to bring any character on screen with a natural flair is commendable. Madiha Imam spoke about how she is questioned about having a baby soon and this is a question many young couples deal with. She shared that first of all you should not ask that casually. And there is a possibility that the person is not yet ready to be a parent. Parenthood is a huge responsibility and you need to be responsible for taking care of the individual that you are bringing into this world. There are chances that the person may also be affected by witnessing the challenges children face these days. Thus embrace parenthood when you are absolutely ready for it. She added that she is not scaring anyone and have a child if you have that parental instinct but remember to be responsible.
Fawad Khan is one of the biggest stars of Pakistan. He is also a known figure in India with his dramas Humsafar and Zindagi Gulzar Hai bringing his massive popularity across the border. That also kick started his Bollywood career and he has done films like Khoobsurat, Kapoor & Sons and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil there. He was banned from India in 2016 and the star was all set to make a comeback in Bollywood with his upcoming film Abir Gulaal.
After Pahalgam Attack, there were calls for a ban on him once again. There has been a statement by the Indian Cine Employees Federation against Pakistani artists. Abir Gulaal was supposed to be released worldwide including India and Pakistan on 9th May. There were two songs of the film that were already released including Khudaya Ishq and Angrezi Rangrasiya. The songs were on Saregama’s YouTube channel and now they have been removed from the official YouTube channel.
According to India Today, Abir Gulaal will not be allowed to be released in India due to the attacks. The release is withheld and more information will be out soon.
The internet as usual is reacting to the news. One netizen sarcastically said, “This serves Fawad well as he thought that work in his own industry was not up to his standards.” Another said, “This happening again is tough luck.”This is how the internet is reacting to this development:

Recently, the pretty actor appeared in Nida Yasir’s morning show, Good Morning Pakistan. In the show, Komal Aziz Khan revealed the biggest fear of her life.
Talking about it, Komal Aziz Khan said, “You guys know that I am quite brave. I don’t fear anything—except one thing, that is marriage. This is my last fear. I haven’t conquered this fear yet. Apart from this, I can stand in Dharnas, I can fight, I have fought with feudals, police. I fear because I saw the imperfect marriages around me, which were not bad but they weren’t good at all. For me, financial and emotional independence is more important for me before marriage. The clothes, shoes, bags, and jewellery’s charm vanishes in two weeks, and then starts the responsibility. And what I see around me is, the girls who come to me for jobs leave soon after their marriage. Still, families don’t allow their women to work. Also, emotional independence comes with financial
independence”

Maria B and Türkan Atay are currently making headlines after an online feud started between them over non-payment issues. The Turkish influencer Türkan Atay accused Maria B of not paying her for the endorsement she did for Maria B’s clothing. Maria B responded by saying that she was unaware of the deal between Türkan and the brand due to her manager’s mistake, who had made a false commitment.
Today, Nadia Khan shared her opinion on the viral feud in her morning show for 356 Entertainment.
Talking to Maria B, Nadia Khan said, “You are such a big brand; you should not have invited this level of negativite publicity towards your brand. It should had been stopped, even if you had to spend extra money, because it damaged your reputation. If your employee made a mistake, you should control that damage to protect your brand’s image. Such accusations tarnish your brand name, which is way bigger. You must compensate for the loss caused by your worker’s actions, and you should take responsibility. You should talk to the influencer as she should get her payment. She should get her payment.”
She also addressed Türkan Atay for using inappropriate language in her videos. Nadia Khan said, “Even if you are right and you have proofs, you should not have used such bad words because it comes under discourteous behaviour. You used bad language. As an influencer, you should have chosen your words wisely. You lost my sympathy after using inappropriate language for Maria B. I can’t even show the clip in my show, and I know there wasn’t any language barrier—you warned Maria B in aggression.” Here is the link to the video:

Bushra Ansari’s praise of Zara Noor Abbas with Islamic expressions is receiving severe public backlash. Many people said that her appreciation of the dance does not align with our Islamic values and that too with Islamic words like MashaAllah which are used to express to praise Allah’s blessings. A social media user wrote, “Doing sin is one thing, posting it publicly is another but elders of family praising it and saying MASHAALLAH over it is the next level of audacity!” Another wrote, “Even shaitan is confused after Ma Sha Allah”. A social media user wrote, “Send her India on urgent basis”. Read the comments here:

Pakistani artists have worked in Bollywood for years now. This is not a new thing and we have seen names like Zeba Bakhtiyar, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Mohsin Khan work for mainstream Bollywood. In the last two decades, actors like Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan made a name for themselves in Bollywood. Things did not end well as they were banned from India due to rising political tensions. The artists were once again set to star in Indian ventures but the situation has turned sour after Pahalgam Attack.
Hania Aamir is another star who was recently getting popular in India and she as all set to star in a Diljit Dosanjh Punjabi film Sardaarji 3. There was noise of bans coming from all sides in India as they once again want to target Pakistan and not look inwards. An official statement is out now from Federation Of Western India Cine Employees calling for a ban on Pakistani artists.
The federation has called for a blanket ban on Pakistani actors, musicians and technicians. They are also keen on stopping Fawad Khan’s Abir Gulal from releasing in India:
Pakistanis are reacting to the news of this ban. Many think that this was going to happen sooner or later as this is how India reacts. One netizen said, ‘Now Fawad should focus on working in Pakistan rather than going to India and working with C grade starlets.” Another added, “Hania Aamir’s PR was all in vain.”. One added, “They get humiliated and they still want to work in India.” Here is what the internet is saying on the ban:
Faisal Rehman is a film and television actor who has been ruling the industry for decades now. He just made a big comeback on TV with Qarz e Jaan and everyone just fell in love with Asim. The actor is also known for his fitness and the way he has maintained himself till now. He was a guest on Hina Niazi’s show and shared a shocking fact about his age.

This shocked everyone as he added that he will not mention the year but he has seen the founder of the nation. Hina Niazi then asked if he was 80 years old. Faisal said that he does not know that but he is just sharing that he has met Mr Mohammad Ali Jinnah.
According to Wikipedia though, the actor was born on 17th February 1966 which means he is only 58 years old thus he may be being sarcastic which many were not able to understand.
This is what he shared:
The internet is out for a debate now. Some are shocked by his age while others think he just lied to puzzle the anchor. One netizen said, “Faisal must be sick of these questions so he took the anchor for a ride.” Another said, “He is clearly joking with the anchor.” Some were impressed with how fit he still looks:

You started condemning the attack in a second while the Indian media is once again putting the blame on Pakistan. We should have been the one to stop cricket and other activities after they tried to blame us. She requested everyone to have some dignity and learn how to take a stand for yourself.
Mishi Khan has the internet agreeing with her. One netizen said, ‘These actors have no self-respect. All they want is work from Bollywood.’ Another said, ‘Fawad is posting this because his film is releasing on 9th May.’ Another added, ‘Many of these people did not post for Jaffar Express attack.’:
Ahmed Rafique is a young actor who is slowly making is presence known in the drama industry. He is currently starring in ARY Digital’s Naqaab. The drama is doing well as per viewership and he came for an interview with co-star Hina Tariq on Fuchsia. They both spoke about their project, passion for acting and how they will navigate the politics of showbiz.
Ahmed Rafique spoke about the harassment and power play many new artists face when they start their careers. His co-star Hina Tariq shared that she believes in giving a firm shut up call to anyone who does that and people who are joining acting should have that confidence. Ahmed Rafique said that at times people are not able to do that and what is needed to be said is the person who is harassing is in the wrong, regardless of how the victim behaves.
Ahmed Rafique then went on and shared his own experience. He said he has faced harassment on a very big set when he was pretty young. When he was approached that way, he was traumatized for two days. He did not know what to do and he then understood how women feel when something like this happens. He also shared that in the industry if you are too vocal against this behaviour, your career will be ruined by people in power. Thus people get stuck in choosing between their careers and speaking up against sleazy behaviour they have faced. He also said that men go through this a lot and they never talk about it.

The perfume was named after a song by the singer Sidhu Moosewala whom he admires a lot.
The YouTuber has time and again reiterated his love for Sidhu Moosewala. Sidhu Moosewala is a late Punjabi singer who was known for his singing, rapping and political views. He was murdered in India and his music is still inspiring millions. He is considered a teacher by Rajab Butt and now he has clarifed why he regards Sidhu as his teacher in Nadir Ali’s podcast.
Rajab Butt said that he does not admire Sidhu Moosewala for his religion. He is a Muslim and knows his boundaries. He calls him a teacher because he taught him the philosophy of life through words and songs. Sidhu’s songs have turned into Rajab Butt’s reality. He is also a man who became famous and his own people are now not letting him be at peace. These lessons that he learnt from Sidhu’s words have made Sidhu his teacher. Since he has gotten money and fame, people have exiled him from his country.
Rajab Butt is one of the most watched YouTubers in the country right now. He is a family Vlogger whose audience grew in the last two years. He is also always in the news for his statements and cases. He has been in fights and right now he is not in Pakistan due to the ongoing case on him. He was targeted after he made a perfume by the name of 295 and later on gave some irresponsible statements.
Rajab Butt has been in Dubai for some time now and he is now flying to Qatar. He will be leaving for London from there and plans to fly out his friends and family there as well. He did a podcast with Nadir Ali spoke about his plans of returning to Pakistan. He also spoke about the controversy again.

This is what he has to say about his plans to return to Pakistan:
Syed Noor is a big name of Pakistani cinema. He has made many stars in Pakistani films and given films like Choorian to the industry. He has worked with all the big names of Pakistan but there have been instances when stars have had complaints from the director. This is natural when he was single-handedly making all the big films of Pakistan.
Naveed Raza is an actor and model who has been working in the drama industry for many years now. He was a guest on Mazaq Raat and shared how Syed Noor was the first person who worked with him but his decision to not release the film nearly ended his career. Naveed won a talent competition and in the end he worked with Syed Noor. He returned to Karachi and he was happy that he will be a star soon but the film started getting delayed.
Naveed Raza had a 17th Grade job in the Health Ministry which he quit for showbiz but the film was getting delayed. Syed Noor was telling the actor that the movie will come out. After two months, he knew this film would never come out and he went to Six Sigma for work. Humayun Saeed was the person who gave him a break in Mehmoodabad Ki Malkayein alongside Sajal Aly and Saboor Aly. That film was never released.
Sharmila Faruqui has something to say for Ayeza Khan. The politician is known to pass remarks and says what is on her mind about controversies going on on social media. With Danish Taimoor and Ayeza’s Filhal controversy, everyone had something to say and it looks like Sharmila Faruqui also wants to share her two cents.
Sharmila Faruqui was asked about Danish Taimoor in Har Lamha Purjosh. She at first sympathized with Ayeza Khan. She said Ayeza is such an innocent and decent woman and she wants to salute her as she sat through that Filhal tirade that her husband went on. She also had something to say to people who think if the couple is okay with the statement, why others have to interfere.
Sharmila Faruqui called Danish Taimoor’s statement disgusting. She said that in our society women are under pressure to take what their husbands are handing them. Ayeza Khan could not say anything as she was sitting on a live show. She might have said something at home. But Danish Taimoor should have been vigilant and if he could not say somthing positive, he could have kept quiet.
This is what she said:
The internet is once again embroiled in a debate. One netizen said that Sharmila Faruqui is right. Another agreed by saying, ‘ I do not agree with her politics but she is right this time.’ Another added that, ‘If she cared about Ayeza Khan she would not call out Danish in public.’ Some people think that this controversy should stop now:
Faisal Rehman is among the main romantic heroes of the Pakistani film industry. He is a very successful actor and worked in both film and television. He made a strong comeback as Asim in Qarz e Jaan after a long hiatus from acting. He is a traveller, romantic and loves life like it comes to him.
Faisal Rehman is loved for how natural he is on-screen. He was among a few artists who were able to gel in when they came from Lollywood. He has always been candid in interviews about his thoughts and that is what he did when he appeared on Hina Niazi’s show. He spoke about top Pakistani actors and whether they are film material or not.
Danish Taimoor according to Faisal Rehman is a film material but he needs a good script and director. For Humayun Saeed, he said that since he is a producer, he can surely do movies. Imran Abbas is also a film material but he needs to brush back his hair so people can see his face properly.
Faisal Rehman thinks Fahad Mustafa is an all-rounder, he is not just an actor which is great. He, however, is not film material in the traditional sense but he is not saying it to offend him. He is a personality people love. Faysal Quraishi is the all rounder of actors and his versatility is great. On Ahsan Khan, he said , he said he is not familiar with his work and Faisal Rehman could not recognize who Nauman Ijaz is at first and later he was not able to recall his work. Adnan Siddiqui, according to him is a god model but not a great actor.
