He further added that had he lived in the time of Quaid-e-Azam, he would have advised him to name his party the All-India Muslim League in Urdu, a name to which the public could relate. He also said that Quaid-e-Azam’s politics was not ordinary; it was mission-oriented. He had to achieve an objective, which he did.

For example, when Star Plus dramas took over, multiple channels were influenced by them, we started running such shows but they didn’t look good on our screens. Yes, they were aligned with the Indian audience, but our audience rejected them. Likewise, any show that is not made according to our culture will fail. Pakistan Idol is a Pakistani musical reality show based on the format of American Idol, the world’s most popular music reality show. Previously, Season 1 of Pakistan Idol aired around 11 years ago. The show is being aired on multiple channels simultaneously including Green Entertainment, Geo TV, PTV Home and others. Fawad Khan, Zeb Bangash, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, and Bilal Maqsood are judging the show.

So far, around 35 episodes of Pakistan Idol have been aired, and the competition has already entered the finale phase. The makers have been inviting legendary singers, and this week, Pakistan Idol featured two remarkable singers, Humaira Bashir and Raja Bashir from Bangladesh, who are the children of legendary singer Bashir Ahmed.
