Babar Ali expressed pain for his role in The Legend of Maula Jatt. Babar Ali is one of the most loved film stars that we have in Pakistan. He has done hundreds of films and he is a part of television now. Starting his career as Mohammad Bin Qasim, he later on became a bankable star. Babar Ali is among the very few stars who evolved with time and they were able to be as successful in the television industry as they were in films.

Babar was a guest on Ushna Shah’s show and shared that he is grateful to be a part of The Legend of Maula Jatt. He said that he is happy that the movie was able to do around 600 crores in total collections and he played Maula’s father Sardar Jatt in the film. He, however, has one qualm about the movie that he can’t forget.

He revealed that he was initially supposed to say the iconic dialogue Maulay Nu Maula Na Maray but it was cut from the final cut of the film. He feels pain that it would have been better if the dialogue was not cut from the movie.
