Talking about it, Hammad Shoaib said, “I was told that a newcomer is being cast alongside me and her name is Zoha Tauqeer.’ Honestly, I wasn’t aware of Zoha’s work before, so I was a bit reluctant to say yes to the project. I discussed it with my mother and said, ‘They’re casting a newcomer with me, I’m not sure if I should work with her or not.’ Then I sent Zoha’s picture to my mother, who told me that Zoha’s craft is good and that she had watched her drama Aapa Shamim. After that, I felt relieved.” Here is what Hammad Shoaib said:
Zoha Tauqeer also added, “On our first day on the set, Hammad came to me and asked, ‘Have you read the script?’ I was quite shocked by the question. I told him, ‘I’ve read around 15 to 20 episodes to which he said, ‘You just focus on the scenes and leave the rest to me. I will develop the chemistry.’ You just concentrate on your lines and scenes’ “ Here is the link to the video:
Hammad Shoaib further shared that he gave Zoha the example of Saiyara movie. Talking about it, he said, “I told her about the film Saiyara, where the leading pair was new, and the movie worked solely because of their chemistry. I said, ‘That’s how we can develop our chemistry too. We are a new pair, so all we have to do is grab the audience’s attention through our chemistry.’ And it worked — we are receiving so many edits that focus only on our chemistry.” Watch here:
