Hania Aamir is achieving new milestones year by year. The past year, 2025, marked the most successful year of her career due to her film with Diljit Dosanjh, followed by her massively popular hit drama Meri Zindagi Hai Tu and a significant increase in her Instagram following. While her success was visible to fans, the pain she went through in 2025 remained hidden, as she never spoke about it.

Today, Hania Aamir shared a post on Instagram in which she opened up about the year 2025. Taking it to Instagram, Hania Aamir wrote, “I genuinely believed I had become strong enough to survive any grief untouched, that no matter what life threw at me, I would be fine—until life showed me I wasn’t, and that realization changed me. This year taught me how fragile confidence can be, that not all coincidences are happy, and that you can laugh loudly on set, pose with flowers, and feel strong while quietly breathing through panic no one else sees. I learned that sometimes strength is simply holding your ground, that silence can be painfully loud on endless nights, and that even the strongest hope someone answers the phone just to make the night survivable. Yet, in between all of this, life surprised me in the best ways: doors opened I didn’t know I’d knocked on, work felt like a gift, joy arrived gently, and I was held even when I felt lost. Love was present too—quiet, calm, and grounding. I ended the year far from home, surrounded by people who reminded me that warmth can return softly. God made this year a test but showed me in quiet ways that He was with me through it. I laughed, I cried, I kept going, and somehow I survived. 2025 gave me the absolute worst and the absolute best; some wounds weren’t mine to earn, only to survive—and that is enough to begin again. “ Read here:
