Pakistan is filled with stories that break our hearts everyday. The country and its people are extremely resilient to live such difficult lives and still try to grow and move forward without ever breaking down. Such a story came about little 8 year old Naghma when she visited a camp by an animal rescue nd rehabilitation center ACF.
Naghma is only 8 years of age and she is sole bread winner of her house. She drives a donkey cart and transports wood all over Karachi. She came to a camp by ACF to get a new leash and cart for her donkey.
Her 7 year old brother accompanies her as she goes out to work everyday. She started working at the meagre age of 6 and it has been two years already. Naghma said that no one helps in this world. She had kept her donkey very healthy. This is her story:
