Hina Javed becomes yet another victim in a string of cases of violence against women in Pakistan. How unsafe women have become even in the vicinity of their own homes is outrageous and painful and we are seeing another victim, yet again who has been brutalized by the one man who vowed to protect her for life.
Hina Javed got married to a NUST Professor Faisal Asghar Imam in November 2025. Her body was found tortured and hung in their apartment. It was first staged to be a robbery but the building security denied claims of a break in and Hina was still wearing her gold bangles. Later the househelps were arrested and they have revealed how they killed the innocent woman as accomplices with her husband Faisal Asghar Imam who was planning this for four days.
