Shar Pasand was a popular ARY Digital drama serial that recently concluded. The drama received widespread praise due to Nauman Ijaz’s portrayal of the evil-minded and corrupt Farasat Ali Khan. The show was an iDream Entertainment production, directed by Aehsun Talish and written by Sara Syed. The cast also included Hira Mani, Hareem Farooq, Ahsan Afzal Khan, Aagha Mustafa Hassan, and Affan Waheed.
Recently, Hira Mani, who played the character of Shahzmeen in Shar Pasand, opened up about the ending of the drama. While replying to the question, “Shahzmeen, how is Uncle Farasat now? Are your issues with him sorted?” Hira Mani said, “Uncle Farasat is doing perfectly well and is the same as before. Our issues haven’t been sorted, but he has shifted to another neighbourhood where he will continue his mischievous acts, just as he did in our neighbourhood, because a man’s nature never changes.” The question was asked to Hira at a PSL match, which she attended with her husband, Mani.
