“I’m a happy person, I want to do happy movies!” – Fahad Mustafa

Fahad Mustafa has achieved as much as anyone who is hardworking and talented can achieve in the time span in which he has been with the entertainment industry. He started his career as an actor and a model but now he excels at hosting shows, has his very own production house and already has worked on two films with a very good team. When Koi Nahi Apna went on air Fahad Mustafa announced that this was going to be his last drama because he wanted to concentrate on his production house and would much rather work in movies.

The star who claims that he does not like being so good at heart talked to Dawn News about his upcoming projects and also told the newspaper that he will be taking a break from the drama industry after his play Doosri Biwi. “I’m working on my new drama called Doosri Biwi (the working title for which was Poora Chand Adhoora Hai) at the moment, which is my own production and will be aired on ARY Digital. My upcoming movie, Mah-e-Meer’s co-director Anjum Shahzad is making a comeback to television and will be directing the serial.” said Fahad Mustafa while talking to Dawn News.

Talking about his upcoming drama Fahad Mustafa said, “We’re aiming for a different ambiance, a very contemporary look.”

Fahad Mustafa said that he will be taking a break from television because he wants to concentrate on making his film, “I’m producing a movie, shooting for which is going to start in June/July next year hopefully.”  Talking about movie offers and what kind of movies he wants to do he said, “Never say never, I get offered a lot of scripts and they all sound the same, circling around espionage themes, such as Waar and Operation 021. I’m a happy person, I want to do happy movies! If the right script comes along…,”

We wish Fahad Mustafa all the best for his future endeavours.
