Javed Sheikh is a brilliant Pakistani television & film actor, director and producer. He has performed in countless hit projects including famous dramas and films. His projects like Ankahi, Chief Saab, Zindagi Gulzar Hai, Teefa in Trouble and Na Maloom Afraad were loved by fans. Javed Sheikh is also known for his excellent and graceful appearances in Bollywood films. He worked in Om Shanti Om and other notable Bollywood films as well.
Recently Javed Shaikh appeared in Samaa Tv’s new show Gup Shab, hosted by Vasay Chaudhry. In the show, he talked about his fitness and skin glow. He shared the details about his eating habits to stay fit.
Talking to Vasay Chaudhry, Javed Sheikh said, “I am a very good host, I always love to feed my guests well. I like to cook as well but I eat very little, even if I’m very hungry, I only eat half of the food, for example, I will eat one bread if I am craving for two. I do not eat fast food, juices and fizzy drinks”. He further added, “I eat vegetables and fruits day and night. When I go abroad I don’t stay in hotels, I rent out an apartment because I want a kitchen to cook my own healthy food. I cook food with organic ingredients”. Watch the video clip:
