The original film starred Hamayun Saeed, Vasay Chaudhry, Mehwish Hayat, Sohai Ali Abro and Ahmed Ali Butt in the cast while the sequel had some new faces which definitely added to the film’s success. The latest additions were Kubra Khan, Mawra Hocane and Fahad Mustafa.
Recently, JPNA 2, despite two other big films releasing at the Box Office, stayed strong and beat other films by big margin. The makers announced that it has broken the previous records made by its prequel and Punjab Nahin Jaungi. The film has become the first ever to make 50 crores at the domestic box office. The total numbers of the film stand at 66.8 crore. It has made additional 16.8 Crore at the international box office.
