Kamran Akmal is an immensely talented former Pakistani cricketer, he played for Pakistan as a right-handed batsmen & wicketkeeper. Akmal began his career in November 2002 as a Test match player at Harare Sports Club. Kamran Akmal has played for Rajasthan Royals in IPL and Peshawar Zalmi in PSL. He has been associated with Peshawar Zalmi for a longer time and currently he’s working as Peshawar Zalmi’s batting consultant.
The cricketer has recently appeared in Nadir Ali’s podcast in which he talked about his brother Umar Akmal and his career. He also shed light on his controversies. Talking about getting emotional on brother Umar Akmal’s debut game, he said, “It was his debut tour in Sri Lanka, I got emotional seeing him playing so well, my brother, coming and performing was an achievement for me and my family. He did hundred in his debut matches that too on international grounds, obviously, I love him even before he came into cricket because he’s my brother”.
Talking about his TikToks, he said that it is his free time and it’s his choice to make TikTok videos, I personally don’t like making TikToks but if he’s making, it’s okay, sometimes, people divert their mind from pressures. It’s a temporary enjoyment but when he’s playing, he is focused on his game, I would be happy if he would be more focused him on cricket, he has seen very difficult times in past five to six years, it’s his passion and his hardwork that he has come back, I live with him I know what he’s been through in these years, you guys just talk about him without knowing his struggles” Here is the link to the video:
