Recently, Khalil ur Rehman Qamar appeared on We News in Hungama With Hina, where he narrated surprising reactions to Mere Paas Tum Ho.

Talking about the Mere Paas Tum Ho ending, he said, “What’s your problem with Humayun Saeed, and who are your critics? The same who were devastated at Humayun Saeed’s character Danish’s tragic ending. I remember I was watching the drama finale in a cinema where I gave a speech that it’s a drama, don’t take it seriously, and take a lesson from it. After the finale, women rushed toward me because of the ending to hit me; their husbands saved me. Are they against Humayun Saeed or the critics? I liked one tweet after the Marvi Sirmed incident; it read, ‘We forgave you for the ending of Danish after you taught a lesson to Marvi Sirmed.’ No one is against Humayun Saeed except for a few critics.”Here is the link to the video:
He further added, “I write for Humayun Saeed because he always delivers. For me, he is ideal. Some people are after him and criticizing his age; they are planted people. He is an all-time favorite, and I will write for him.”
