Recently, Mahira Khan made headlines for her changed appearance at the Neelofar promotional event. Fans speculated that Mahira had undergone several cosmetic procedures, including possible lip fillers, an eyebrow lift, and cheek enhancement or Botox.
Mahira Khan has now responded to the eyebrow lift rumors in a recent video. She said, “I have recently come back from Lahore, and I’m hearing that people are saying I have gone through an eyebrow lift. Should I show you my eyebrow-lifting talent?”

In addition to that, she also replied to a mean post about her cosmetic procedures on X (Twitter), which was deleted after her reply. She also admitted that it was a wrong makeup experiment and she has learnt lesson from it. Mahira’s comment read, “Thank you for the love, but why would I do a facelift right now (not that I’m judging anyone who would or has). My makeup artist did some hair-lift things to give a ‘snatched look’ — in two parts. And it wasn’t done right. Anyhow… lesson learnt. Moving on. Lots of love.”
The person who made the rude comment later apologized, writing, “You’re completely right, that was in bad taste. I’m honestly so sorry — I shouldn’t have said that. I’ve loved and admired you for years, especially for the grace with which you carry yourself.
