Pakistan has been jolted several times in the past few years when the whole nation could not see themselves in the mirror without getting tears in their eyes. One such incident was the infamous motorway rape case. People were scared to travel after that and a whole family went through the pain and angish that no one in the world can understand. The victim’s identity was protected and she has still not found justice though years have gone by since the crime took place.
Now, a new drama has started airing which is inspired by the motorway incident and it stars Hadiqa Kiani as the main victim. Hadsa has shown the whole scenario regarding crime as well as when the victim is in pain inside the hospital. The drama apparently follows the whole pattern that took place with the victim and her family though her identity is concealed.
After this drama has started airing, the victim has talked to leading journalist Fereeha Idress who shared the pain and anguish the victim is feeling because of this drama. Fereeha shared that the victim was in anguish and wanted this drama to stop. She is bewildered that how can the makers of Hadsa get the whole story as her identity never came out in the media.
The victim wants this drama to stop airing and wants to know how producers can go ahead and make a drama on her life without even asking for permission. She also shared the pain she is going through. She cannot move on, she cannot dress up, she cannot smile as she gets judged for everything. The victim said that the makers want her to die as only death is left for her after all her wounds are fresh again and how can someone fall so much for ratings.
