Momina Iqbal is a renowned Pakistani television actress who recently made headlines after she exposed PML-N MPA Muhammad Saqib Chaddar for allegedly harassing her right before her wedding. The actress filed multiple online complaints and also shared a social media post, after which the NCCIA police took prompt action, and the matter is expected to be resolved soon. Momina Iqbal’s case was being handled by her sister, lawyer Ramsha Iqbal.
Now, MPA Muhammad Saqib Chaddar’s side of the story has been shared by his lawyer, Mian Ashfaq, while talking to the press.
In his press talk, Mian Ashfaq said, “My client Muhammad Saqib Chaddar met the complainant in 2020, and they had a close relationship to the extent that they were about to get married. During that time, he got to know multiple realities about the complainant, Miss Momina, which we will share in the future, as this is not a routine case that we usually see involving women. It is not just a complaint, but they were in a proper one-on-one relationship unlike an online friendship. She has taken notorious, massive social and financial benefits from my client and has been receiving these undue benefits for the last five years. So, it is not a regular case, and we will share all the details in the future. The lady is respectable for us, but she is misusing her power. Muhammad Saqib Chaddar’s wife was also involved in the case and has been accused by Momina Iqbal. She will also appear before the court.”
He further added, “The complainant has also taken unlimited and unending financial benefits from my client. Ask her what she was giving him in return for receiving crores from my client. This matter should be deeply scrutinized on a massive level. There should be end-to-end investigations, and all the events should be thoroughly investigated because he is a political man and has both enemies and friends.”
Main Ashfaq also said that Momina Iqbal was allegedly married before and didn’t show her legal relationship to Saqib Chaddar after which their relationship saw highs and lows until it was called off. Here is the link to the video:
