Nabeel Zafar is incredibly talented and popular Pakistani actor, host & producer. He gained huge fame through his blockbuster drama serial Dhuwan. Nabeel rose to fame through his iconic character Dr. Daud. His other notable projects include Ajaib Ghar, Din, Qissa Saat Raaton Ka, Daldal, Payal and Dais Pardes. Actor Nabeel is currently known for his extremely hit sitcom Bulbulay which has been airing for around 14 years.
Recently, the actor Nabeel Zafar made an appearance in FHM’S podcast, in the podcast, he revealed the reason why he is against playing the Indian content.
Talking about it, he said, “I am not against Indian content but my point is, they don’t buy our work. They don’t even show ten percent of our content then why do we buy their content and run it in our cinemas. They have a 1.5 billion population and we have a population of 25 crore, at least buy as per this ratio. Pakistanis are the people with big hearts, we are hospitable, our shopkeepers don’t charge them when they visit Pakistan and you all have witnessed how our actors literally ran from India. We never did that, we know where we are good at. We should run their movies but then my condition is the same, they should also play our movies in their cinemas, even if they flop. They don’t even buy our dramas, I know, they started a channel Zee Zindagi which was also closed. They have a good market but we also have talent and I admit that corruption ruined us, it is our big dilemma”.
