Mere Humsafar is a Pakistani television drama which is produced by Humayun Saeed and Shehzad Naseeb under bannner of Six Sigma, it is directed by Qasim Ali Mureed for Ary Digital. The drama has a star cast including Hania Aamir, Farhan Saeed, Samina Ahmed, Zoya Nasir, Aamir Qureshi, Tara Mehmood, Saba Hameed, Waseem Abbas, Aly Khan and Omar Shahzad.

In the episode 11 of the drama, a popular scene of the drama made rounds on social media due to its over the top, imaginary and a bit of unrealistic storytelling. In the drama scene, the van driver picked Sameen up in the afternoon while she slept in his van, meanwhile, he dropped all the girls but Sameen didn’t even wake up while the loud music was also on.
In the drama, the driver likes Sameen and thinks that Sameen also loves him because of Rumi’s anonymous loved up texts to him as Sameen or Hala.
The scene was too unrealistic, netizens right after seeing the scene started reacting to it. Mostly, girls commented under it and said that its not relatable at all as in the vans one can’t sleep even for a few minutes because of the bumpy rides on normal Pakistani roads. They said that it is impossible for a girl to sit in van for around four hours from afternoon till night, that too in sleeping positions. Fans said that the streets in Pakistan are not smooth at all, how can she kept on sleeping. Almost everyone said that they have found out the same flaw in the scene that the girl is just sleeping whole day in a van.
