Social media users are saying that Maryam became victim of the evil eye because of her constant media exposure. Many said she was under the public eye and people don’t always see you with good intention. Almost all the social media users are of the view that evil eye is the reason behind her death. One wrote, “Masha Allah — the grandmother and the whole family looked so happy. The evil eye is real — poor Maryam. Who knew she would never get to experience all of this again? May Allah forgive Maryam and grant patience to her family.” Another wrote: “She didn’t even get the chance to see the baby — very heartbreaking. May Allah grant her a place in Paradise. Ameen.” One, however, disagreed, saying: “We can’t blame everything on the evil eye. Life and death are in Allah’s hands; no one has the power to cause death — only Allah does.” Someone also asked the family to delete her videos. Another comment read: “A woman who passes away during childbirth goes straight to Paradise. Ameen.” May Allah grant her husband a lot of patience. They were a beautiful couple. May the baby have a blessed life. Ameen.”
