Recently, Saif Ali Khan appeared on the morning show Rise and Shine, hosted by Nadia Khan and Zohaib Hassan. During the show, he opened up about playing a vegetable vendor in Aap Ki Izzat and shared interesting details about filming his train sequence with Urwa Hocane.
Talking about playing a vegetable vendor, Saif Ali Khan said, “There are only four prominent characters in this play—Bina, Tabish, Sania Saeed, and me. If you see the story, it revolves around these four characters. The moment I read the script, I knew he wasn’t just a Sabzi Wala. Speaking about his romantic track with Urwa Hocane, Saif said, “You guys will have to watch what happens between Bina and Behram because if I reveal it now, you’ll lose interest. It should be a surprise for the viewers.”
Sharing details about the train sequence, he said, “The train sequence was shot in freezing cold weather in January. The train wasn’t actually moving, and some scenes were filmed using chroma. Saifee Bhai’s team was amazing. Yes, the train was real and it was shot at the real train station.” Watch here:
