Salma Zafar is a senior Pakistani television actor who began her acting career in 2016. She has appeared in numerous dramas, including Dao, Adawat, Namak Haram, Paposh Nagar Ki Neelam, Qarz-e-Jaan, Ghair Ahsaas, Hum Tum, and others. She has also co-hosted several live transmissions on channels such as Bol, Dawn, and PTV. Currently, fans are appreciating her performance in the drama serial Pamaal, where she is playing pivotal roles.
Recently, Salma Zafar appeared on Madeha Naqvi’s morning show Subh Ka Samaa, which airs on Samaa TV. In the show, she called out the judges of Kya Drama Hai for making fun of her performance.
Salma Zafar said, “They called my performance ‘over’. I want to tell this to our media fellows and colleagues. I request them to please speak softly first. I hope they hear this. I think they didn’t even focus on words. Malika went to her friend whose house which was raided; the police caught her, and she went to the police station. Both her husband and mother warned her of that particular friend and the husband is getting all the hate for dropping her home which isn’t a big deal after what mistake his wife made. You should not say things like, ‘Itna bara konsa gunah ho gaya?’ Will you wait for a bigger incident for her mother or husband to take action? And remember she reached home and told her mother, ‘Raza left me,’ without giving any details, mother thought she got a divorce. Then the daughter explains what actually happened, which was the raid story. It’s a trauma for the mother. She had to react that way because her daughter came straight from the police station. What else could she have done? Present her with flowers? She knows her daughter well. The character is behaving very logically.” Here is the link to the video:
