3. Potato (1)

8. chickpea flour/Baisan (2 cups)
9. Flour (1 Tsp)
10. Garam Masala (1 1/2 tbsp)
11. Cumin powder (1 tsp)
12. Turmeric Powder (1/2 tsp)

Method

Mix all the grated vegetables together in a bowl. After that add all the spices in the same bowl and mix it well. Add water and create a batter. Fix aluminum foil on baking tray and spread some olive oil on it. Place the batter on the baking tray and place it in pre-heated oven. Bake it for 8 minutes on one side, 8 minutes for the other side and 10 minutes more.
