Shahvir Kadwani is a promising Pakistani television actor who officially began his acting career with the drama series Sunn Mere Dil, which aired in October 2024. Fans loved his emotional performance, especially his scenes alongside Mohammad Ahmed. Nowadays, he is appearing in the drama serial Mohabbat on Geo Entertainment, where he plays one of the main leads alongside Aina Asif. Beyond acting, Shahvir also has plans to venture into production in the future.

Scenes featuring Shahvir Kadwani from Mohabbat are currently going viral online. In the show, he plays Zarrar, an angry young university student who loves to defend his friends and loved ones. However, his performance has sparked online trolling, with many viewers calling him a “light version” of Feroze Khan or Danish Taimoor or a “nepo kid” launched by his father.

Amidst the social media trolling, Sanam Saeed and Faizan Sheikh came to the defense of Shahvir Kadwani, with both saying that trolling has become Pakistan’s national sport, where everybody criticizes everyone—including newcomers, seasoned artists, and national heroes.

Faizan Sheikh wrote, “Pesh-e-khidmat hai humara naya national sport: trolling! Newcomers, seasoned actors, national heroes, clothes, appearances—bas troll kardo! Trolling isn’t clever banter; it’s cruelty disguised as humor. Behind every handle is a real person, and constant online toxicity takes a very real toll on mental health.”

Sanam Saeed also posted on her official Instagram, writing, “There you go again, bashing someone over a drama role! It’s a drama, for God’s sake—but his feelings are real. He’s a young actor; give him a break. So what if he’s a nepo kid? Insaan toh hai na? Dil toh hai na? Aap sab ki tarah uski bhi insecurities aur challenges hongi. You think fame, money, or privilege make it okay to pick on someone like this? Shame on you—especially those of you who are parents to young adults!
