Hamza Ali Abbasi is known to make a lot of controversial tweets or facebook posts. He is very actively involved in the politics of Pakistan and openly supports the chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf, Imran Khan. And so how could he keep quiet on the Ayesha Gulalai case?
Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy is the pride of Pakistan. She’s the first Pakistani to win an oscar for Pakistan and has won various other awards on her documentaries based on the social issues in Pakistan.
She hasn’t had any beef with Mr.Hamza in the past but this time the words “woman card” made the actor get on her bad side.She tweeted this regarding Hamza’s post, which he had also posted on his twitter account:

Hamza has received a lot of backlash on this post not only from the general public and PML-N supporters but also from many media personnel.
This Hamza Abbasi has a history of such ludicrous reasonings, even worse. Many derogatory statements against minority groups as well.
