Star-Studded PFFNY18!

The Pakistani ambassador to USA Maleeha Lodhi has organized the second Pakistan Film Festival, New York. She organized the first one in 2016 and again has come with another edition. It is a great initiative to promote Pakistani cinema in the world. Many prominent stars of the industry including Mahira Khan, Mehwish Hayat, Amina Sheikh and Mikaal Zulfiqar attended the event. Filmmakers Asim Abbasi and Nadeem Baig were also spotted. Cake, 7DMI, Parchi and Verna were screened on Day 1 while Day 2 saw the screenings of Na Band Na Baraati, Punjab Nahin Jaongi and Lala Begum. The festival is a great way to promote Pakistani cinema and a soft image of our country around the world.
