Who doesn’t like a good laugh every now and then? We all have our preferences when it comes to comedy. Some of us enjoy situational comedies, some like romcoms (romantic comedies), some have a liking for satire (yup, guilty), there are also some takers for dark humor. But one of my absolute favorites is parody or spoofs.
Below are some of the best parodies I’ve seen:
Bushra Ansari is the undisputed queen of mimicry and here she does a wonderful impersonation of Tahira Syed and her mother.
One of the greatest talents of Pakistan, Moin Akhtar was the master of laughter. His comic timing was spot on and he was a true genius. There are countless ones I enjoyed watching but this one takes the cake for me.

Anwar Maqsood- the mastermind behind many popular shows is a treat to watch. This parody of him made by The Awaein Show is just hilarious.

I can’t believe this is the same guy who played the ruthless Chacha Ishaaq on UBFN. Here on Hasb-e-Haal, he did an excellent parody of Meera.
