Talking about her it, Uzma Gillani said, “Ashfaq Ahmed Sahab once told me something because I used to spend a lot of time with them. He said, ‘You have deep love; you are a lobh—a deep lover. Don’t be the woman who is so deeply in love with her children. How will you leave them?’ I was a deep lover/ lobhi. I went to Australia with my kids. It was my biggest sacrifice to leave the media at its peak. I calculated that if I had only ten years, I would meet my kids for just a few days.
