Recently, Waheed Murad’s son Adil Murad spoke to ZAH Entertainment about his father. Adil Murad is an admirer of his super famous and talented father and he shared fond memories of his father in the short chit chat session, he also revealed why he doesn’t want his father’s biopic.
Talking about it, Adil Murad said, “At the end of the day, someone has to portray him on the screen. Will we be able to accept anyone on the screen as him? Or will he be able to justify himself as Waheed Murad on the screen? He had his own charisma, style, expressions, eye movements, acting skills and persona; his unique style made him an iconic Pakistani actor, who made a mark, you can get his mimicry done but you can’t play him. I had this discussion multiple times with the people who talked about Waheed Murad’s biopic but my question remains the same, ‘From where can we get another Waheed Murad or Zeba?’, it is impossible!”.
